  • ½ Cup Mint Leaves
  • 2 Cup Spinach Leaves

How to Make Mix Vegetable Juice/Method

Step 1

To prepare this healthy and delicious juice, first, peel all the vegetables and then cut them into small pieces. Cut the Bottle-Gourd into small pieces too. Then wash all the veg and leafy-green ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients according to the required quantity.

Step 2

Now, take a juicer machine and put Beetroot, Bottle-Gourd, Ginger, and carrot in it. When the juicer squeeze-out all the drops from vegetables, then add lemon juice to it.

Step 3

Put all the Leafy-Green ingredients into the juicer, and let the juicer to squeeze out all of their drops. Then add some sugar, and blend this mix together.

Step 4

In the end, pour your prepared vegetable juice in the glass, garnish it with grapes or some mint herbs, and drink it immediately as a refreshing beverage.
